Managing Taekwondo Poomsae Championship
Streamline the management and scoring process of a Taekwondo Poomsae competition, providing real-time results and ensuring a smooth event experience for organizers, referees, and participants.
The User creates a new competition using the "Competition Setup" feature in the app. The organizer customizes the competition by creating categories based on factors like age, gender, and belt level (e.g., "Junior Male Black Belt").
The Admins use the "Competitor Registration" feature to add participants into their respective categories. They can either manually register competitors or import registration data through a CSV file for faster setup.
During the competition, competitors perform their Poomsae routines. The User uses the app to assign scores for each performance in real time. The app automatically calculates the total scores and updates the competitors' rankings based on performance.
As the competition progresses, the app updates the leaderboard in real-time. This feature allows the User to follow the rankings instantly without delays. Competitors can also track their progress compared to others in their category.
After the competition ends, the User exports detailed leaderboard reports for each category. These reports include individual scores and overall rankings, which can be shared with participants, referees, and event organizers.
At the end of the event, all competition data can be exported to CSV files. This allows the User to store competition results, analyze performances, or use the data for future events.
Mid-competition, the User realizes that a new category needs to be added (e.g., based on a specific belt group). Using the app's dynamic "Competition Setup" feature, they create the category and register new participants without disrupting the ongoing events.
